Audrey’s dynamic, decisive personality and professional background equips her well when identifying & exploiting opportunities. Audrey has held corporate, commissioning and inspection roles. She is a sector specialist and has worked in Healthcare for the last 20 years. Her skillset includes policy Implementation, development in enforcement, procurement and strategy for safer patient pathways outcomes and cost effectiveness.

  • Founder and Managing Director of Diversified Health and Social Care Options in 2009. She supports Public, Private and Voluntary organizations to improve, expand and develop their services ensuring world class service delivery.

  • Previous Director of Acute Commissioning for one of the largest primary care trusts in London.

  • Lead NHS Commissioner for reforming emergency care, implemented an Whole System and Escalation Policy as part of an Urgent Care Strategy and Reform Programme for the East Of England.

  • Led with the conception and development of a number of Health Care Facility’s including Primary Care Centres, Minor Injury Units, and Community Rehab Health Facility’s.

  • Has led with the closure of a number of long stay institutions.

  • Implemented policy and developments in enforcement, commissioning, procurement and strategy that have ensured safer patient pathways outcomes and cost effectiveness.

  • Led in the development of funding streams such as Section 75 agreements that facilitated and commissioned pathways from health services care provision to community care

  • Implemented National developments that include ‘The Big Health Check’, an evaluation of the National Health Service commissioned to improve provision for people with learning disabilities and has gone on to develop Joint Learning Disability Strategies to ensure change is implemented.
